Are children allowed?

Of course, we pride ourselves on being family friendly!  Our only policy is that if a majority of the players are 13 years of age or younger, then we do require a paying adult, 18 years of age or older to be in the room.

What is the cost of a ticket?

Easy question!  Our tickets start at only $35.00 per person, but the more players you have, the cheaper it gets.  Oh, and don't forget, kids and 8 and younger are always free!

Are walk-ins allowed?

Absolutely they are!  The only thing we want to share with you is the following...
1. If all the rooms are booked up, you may have to wait.....you can always call ahead to find out.
2. Reservations do take priority over walk-ins.
3. Staff limitations may prevent us from talking walk-ins.

Will we be in a room with strangers?

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We sure do.  You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your booking.  If this makes you nervous, have no fear, we offer cancellation insurance!

How does the cancellation insurance work?

Great question!  When you make your reservation, simply add one (1) cancellation insurance to your booking.  With this, you may cancel or reschedule at anytime prior to your booking and get a full refund minus the cost of the booking insurance.

Is your location ADA friendly?

Yes, we are but some rooms may be difficult.  Please call ahead so our staff can provide the right information for the best experience!

Can we take photos in the room?

So sorry, but photos are not allowed in the room.  I know it sounds silly, but this helps to keep the fun secrets of the game just that.....secret!  But have no fear, we will do a photo of your group when your game is over.
